At PueblaYork.nyc, we bridge the gap by offering hands-on training in website builders, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies—helping local businesses grow and succeed.
Our Story
Founded in 2014, PueblaYork.nyc traces its roots to Queens Neighborhood United, a movement that fought against BID expansion on Roosevelt Avenue. Inspired by that activism, Serge Toxqui began hosting workshops on Google Places, meta tags, Yelp, and Dreamweaver, helping small business owners take control of their online presence.
As technology evolved, so did we. Today, our focus is on teaching businesses how to use modern website builders and e-commerce platforms to increase their visibility and revenue. We provide a supportive space where entrepreneurs can learn, collaborate, and adapt to the digital economy.
Meet Our Team
Serge Toxqui – Founder & Lead Consultant
With 20+ years of e-commerce experience, Serge has worked across every aspect of online business, from marketing to operations. He spent 15 years at Armynavydeals.com, rising to Director of Online Operations before transitioning into tech. A Pursuit Fellow and GenOne graduate, he now works as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Infor, where he helps businesses implement cloud-based solutions. He loves his job at Infor and enjoys using his expertise to support the small business community.
